Regional Director of Nursing – Skilled Nursing Facilities We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director of Nursing to support and oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and guidance to facility nursing teams. Support compliance with state, federal, and company regulations. Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Assist with staff training, education, and mentorship. Collaborate with administrators and directors of nursing to improve outcomes. Conduct audits, assessments, and provide actionable recommendations. Qualifications: Current RN license (active and in good standing). Must have prior skilled nursing/long-term care experience. Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience. Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and survey processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
