You’ll also be responsible for preparing and maintaining lab environments, staying up to date with industry standards, and participating in recruitment and outreach. We’re looking for someone with strong instructional skills, a collaborative mindset, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining clinical expertise. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of students, faculty, and staff from multi‑cultural backgrounds. Required License and/or Certifications: Must be a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or be able to obtain MLS (or equivalent certification) within one year of hire. Starting pay range: $1100 per credit Work Site Location: Coeur d'Alene Campus Work Schedule: teaches up to 9 credits per semester North Idaho College does not have a vaccine requirement.
