It is also consistently named a top employer by Baltimore Magazine. Job Description We are seeking full‑time Anesthesiologists to join our general anesthesia team. The role involves anesthesia for a diverse surgical case mix including orthopedics, spine, vascular, hepatobiliary, general, GI, GYN, plastics, breast, urology, podiatry, OB, and thoracic procedures, as well as healthy pediatric orthopedic and ENT cases. The team does not support transplant, trauma, cardiac, or cranial surgical procedures. Proficiency in ultrasound‑guided blocks and basic regional techniques is preferred. Work/life balance is supported by an equitable schedule that includes two overnight in‑house OB calls, two overnight OR home calls per month, and one weekend of call per month. Supervision of a large team of dedicated CRNAs.
