Qualifications Minimum Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum Work Experienc e: Two years experience in Critical Care nursing.-Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.-Thorough knowledge of all areas to be directed within the department.
