Practice / Hospital / Referral Centre Information This AAHA-accredited, full-service, 24/7 hospital provides specialty care in Critical Care/Emergency, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Dentistry. The hospital has recently broken ground on a purpose-built 20,000 square foot facility set to open in early 2024, designed to enhance the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to companion animals across the Austin area. Departments Work alongside a diverse group of specialists, including teams in Emergency & Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Dentistry, all committed to clinical excellence and collaboration. Equipment The facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including commercial-grade laboratory services, digital cytology, ECG, bedside and full ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, cystoscopy, laparoscopy, cryotherapy, CT imaging, blood gas analyzers, telemetry, and more. The hospital also offers isolation facilities, multiple surgical suites, and ample space for department work and team collaboration. Staffing Levels A 24/7 emergency service supports inpatient care, with on-call board-certified surgeons and endoscopy available through the internal medicine department.
