Understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals. Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. House/Unit Supervisor M-F, weekend on‑call rotation. Qualifications Must be a Licensed Nurse in PA. Previous Unit Manager or ADON experience. Infection Prevention Certification (obtain within 30 days of employment if not already held). Responsible, ready, and eager to work.
