Compensation and Benefits Anticipated salary range of $450,000 - $600,000 per year + productivity bonus. $100,000 Sign‑On Bonus. Major Responsibilities Work with patients to discuss and understand treatment options and assist in managing side effects and symptoms of treatment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and center team members. Handle stressful situations, make informed decisions, and provide emotional support to patients and families. Document and coordinate treatment plans for each patient. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining patient notes and records, writing prescriptions, providing education, and monitoring treatment plans. Respond to patient and referring physician needs and concerns regarding treatment as expeditiously as possible. Promote cooperation and teamwork among physicians and other clinic members. Comply with all credentialing, quality assurance, and utilization review criteria adopted by the company. Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, compliance program requirements, and policies regarding medical record documentation, coding accuracy, and treatment delivery. Maintain professional ethics, scope of practice, and national and company standards. Participate in continuing education required to maintain clinical competency. Qualifications and Education Requirements MD or MD/PhD with medical training specifically in oncology and/or hematology‑oncology. Board certification or eligibility in hematology/oncology with a state license in good standing. If board‑eligible, must pass the board within 12 months. Ability to interpret clinical, genomic, and efficacy data. Motivation to work in a fast‑paced environment. Technical skills to operate medical equipment and tools related to cancer treatment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, technicians, fellow medical professionals, and other clinic team members. Compliance with privileging, credentialing, and licensing requirements to remain in good standing with group and hospital privileges.
