What You’ll Do Lead by Example: Be visible, engage with residents, and support staff in daily care activities. Resident Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized service plans in line with physician orders and resident needs. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and service plans to meet state regulations. Senior Care Experience: Minimum 1 year working with seniors; understanding of senior health needs is essential. Management Experience: At least 2 years leading a team. Medication Expertise: Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, and potential side effects. Skills & Traits: Integrity, problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and commitment to fostering independence and dignity. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using essential software tools. Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
