Position Summary Physician – Primary Care (Hannibal, MO / Quincy, IL) – Centerstone, Full‑Time. Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. Practice medicine with a whole‑person integrated approach, caring for patients with medical, behavioral health, and substance use needs. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, including medical evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Manage chronic conditions and support patients with co‑occurring behavioral health and substance use needs. Ensure continuity of care through follow‑up and coordination with the care team. Collaborate closely with behavioral health providers, care managers, and support staff; participate in case reviews and care planning discussions. Support integrated treatment approaches for complex patients and contribute to program development, quality improvement, and care model advancement. Optionally participate in training, mentorship, or supervision of advanced practice providers. Engage in patient and community health education initiatives. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Active (or eligible) Missouri or Illinois medical license; DEA license. Preferred: Experience or interest in behavioral health or addiction medicine.
