Psychiatrist Opportunity Texas Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join a growing private practice group near Dallas TX. Responsibilities Evaluate, identify, diagnose and treat patients with behavioral or emotional disorders for ages 16 and up. Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medication and evaluate treatment results. Coordinate and communicate with the interdisciplinary team which includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and a team of therapists in managing patient challenges/behavioral dysfunction. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist. At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. Psychiatrist license to practice in Texas. Consistent and dependable work schedule (8-5 M-F). Experience working with patients ages 16 and up, individually or with their families, as needed. Effective communicator, able to easily build and maintain relationships with patients. Working knowledge of EMR/EHR, highly organized, and ability to problem‑solve. Bi‑lingual is a plus.
