What You Will Do Diagnose and treat children, adolescents, and/or adults in alignment with your licensure and clinical focus. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs. Prescribe and manage medications using evidence‑based practices, while monitoring treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with behavioral health, primary care, and support teams in an integrated care model. Provide care virtually or in a hybrid setting‑depending on clinical need and your preference. Participate in case consultations, team huddles, and care planning sessions that promote collaboration. Use our intuitive EHR system to maintain clear, timely, and compliant records. Meet Arizona Medical or Osteopathic Board requirements, including licensure and continuing education. Perform other duties as assigned in support of patient care and organizational goals. What We Need From You MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Child, Adult, or both). Active DEA license and CPR/First Aid certification. Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual care platforms. 3‑5 years of experience preferred; recent residency graduates also encouraged to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Must provide valid driver's license and auto insurance for credentialing purposes.
