Director of Physical Therapy Location Leesburg, VA Position Type Full-Time Salary $90,000-$120,000 per year Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary An outpatient physical therapy office in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Director of Physical Therapy to lead clinical services and oversee day-to-day clinic operations. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of care, supporting the therapy team, and helping patients progress through effective rehabilitation plans. The Director of Physical Therapy will provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and care coordination.
