Responsibilities Manage the project delivery for medium value or moderately complex projectsManage the project plan and resource requestsProvide overall supervision and tracking of the project deliverable and financesEnsure project activities and submissions adhere to the Quality Management PlanEnsure the project activities and submissions adhere to the firm technical policiesResponsible for supervision of the project teamParticipate in proposals for opportunity pursuits in development of management approach and costPrepare scope, schedule and budget for projectsFoster Teamwork through identification of project assignments for work-sharingCoordinate with other business units through project assignment work sharingAttend project meetings to present specific aspects of work assignmentsRoutinely interact with clients and stakeholdersRequirements: BS in Civil Engineering requiredPE License required (preferably in NJ)A minimum of twelve years of Engineering experience with a focus on design Past experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Deputy Project Manager or Design ManagerExperience with local client base such as NJDOT, NJTAAbility to work effectively as part of a design teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBenefits: We offer a professional work environment, competitive salary, benefits package, and 401(k).EOE M/F/ DISABILITY/VETSPI9597f9203e9f-9844
