Overview The Director, US Oncology HCP Skin Cancer Marketing, is a member of the Oncology Business Unit. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, HCP Skin Cancer Marketing and collaborates closely with internal cross‑functional teams and external agencies to develop and execute commercial HCP promotion strategy for Non‑Melanoma Skin Cancer (NMSC) within the United States. Key Responsibilities Lead HCP marketing for NMSC indications in the US, defining market opportunities, analyzing competitive landscape, and developing customer‑focused positioning and messaging. Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Field Medical, and Scientific Marketing to align education and outreach plans. Partner with the Insights and Data Analytics team to design promotional strategies, track brand performance, share of voice, and market dynamics. Oversee digital/media strategy, optimize the multi‑channel marketing mix, and create educational resources aligned with brand objectives. Develop and coordinate NMSC HCP Marketing inputs for the brand plan, prioritize business opportunities, and manage the Field Plan of Action. Provide training plans, execute national/regional sales meetings, and coordinate field communications with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure marketing processes, programs, and reporting comply with corporate guidance, regulatory, legal, and ethical standards. Manage and develop a direct report, mentor professional growth, and collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain the budget within approved limits. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 12+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience focused on oncology. Proven track record in leading long‑range brand plans, budgets, and forecasts for commercial teams in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Strong collaborator and communicator with written and verbal skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Travel & Location Requires 30% travel and presence in the office in Sleepy Hollow, NY, 4 days a week.
