COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE $300,000–$400,000 annual base compensation Performance-based incentives may be available Compensation is structured based on experience, subspecialty focus, patient volume, and schedule preferences. POSITION OVERVIEW The Ophthalmologist will provide comprehensive outpatient eye care, including evaluation, diagnosis, medical and surgical management of ocular conditions, and longitudinal patient care. Access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals is available. This is a patient-facing role supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams.
