This leadership role provides oversight of all anatomic and clinical laboratory services and offers the opportunity to guide operational strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff in a 287‑bed community hospital within New Jersey's largest integrated health care system. The minimum salary for this position if hired to work is $330,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
