Neonatologist Position Highlights 19-bed High Level II Equivalent (Level II EQ) NICU caring for neonates as early as 28 weeks gestation Average daily census of 11-13 infants, supporting a manageable and patient-focused practice 24/7 in‑house neonatologist coverage, promoting continuity of care and clinical excellence Neonatologists attend high‑risk deliveries for infants Neonatologist will practice within an integrated, physician‑led network of: 28 neonatologists 42 neonatal nurse practitioners 2 physician assistants Exposure to advanced clinical care and technologies, including ECMO, high‑frequency jet ventilation (HFJV), oscillator ventilation, and participation in clinical research Why This Neonatal Opportunity?
