Schedule: 24‑hour coverage. NICU Level: Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, one of the few L3 in Northern Indiana. 60–90‑day credentialing timeframe; will offer temps. Provider will stay in hospital hotel room and can cover up to 2‑4 days at a time. Additional information found in attached practice description.
