We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON ) to assist the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team in providing quality care to residents. Responsibilities Ensure the utmost quality and patient‑centered care of residents Coordinate infection control Plan, organize, and implement training programs/in‑services for clinical staff Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of residents; this may include recruitment Oversee the process for competency evaluations and corrective action plans Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of NJ Five (5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred Three (3) years of supervisory experience in long‑term care/sub‑acute setting is preferred Infection Control: 1 year (preferred) Must be computer literate and have experience with EMR preferred Completion of an IP Course within 3–6 months of hire would be expected Benefits Competitive rates 401(k) Retirement Plan Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision) #J-18808-Ljbffr
