With our back-end infrastructure, you will have the support to ramp faster than you ever could at a traditional firm.You qualify if you have:2+ years of litigation experience in any practice area (PI, insurance defense, prosecution, public defense, or civil litigation)Strong written and oral advocacy skillsActive Virginia bar licenseA real desire to build a long-term PI litigation career, not just a paycheckDemonstrated work ethic and intellectual hungerThis is not a coasting role.
