Role Overview:The Quotation Specialist I supports the Sales and Sales Engineering teams by preparing accurate and timely quotations for standard and low-complexity opportunities. This role focuses on pricing execution, vendor coordination, and quote documentation while developing foundational technical and commercial skills.Key Responsibilities:Prepare quotes for standard and low-complexity opportunities using established pricing tools and templatesReview RFQs, specifications, and BOMs for completeness and accuracyIssue RFQs to vendors and compile pricing, lead time, and availability inputsCoordinate internally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to support quote developmentMaintain accurate quote documentation, pricing records, and revision historySupport Sales Engineers with complete, well-organized quote packagesEscalate pricing or scope questions outside defined guidelines for reviewRequired Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in quoting, estimating, sales operations, or manufacturing support rolesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working in ERP, CPQ, or CRM systemsClear written and verbal communication skillsPreferred: Manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-related background (not required)Decision Authority:Works within defined pricing guidelines and approval thresholds.
