This position is strictly Call Only, offering maximum schedule flexibility without daily clinic responsibilities. Assignment Details Specialty: General Surgery Location: New Mexico (NM) Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Call Only (24-Hour Beeper Call) Clinical Setting & Volume Practice Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based EMR: Medhost Scope: Bread-and-butter general surgery; typical call responsibilities include emergency consults, rounding on surgical patients, and emergent procedures. Requirements Certification: Board Certified (BC) in General Surgery. Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Licensure: Active New Mexico (NM) state medical license.
