Job Summary We are seeking a passionate, positive, team‑oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality, holistic care to patients throughout their healthcare journey and ensure they are comforted and heard. Our ambulatory LPNs work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider, or Physician and have the autonomy of being the primary nurse for a provider within their scope of practice. LPN Typical Duties Attend nurse visits Administer vaccines Perform blood pressure checks Remove sutures & staples Conduct weight checks Refill medications Communicate with pharmacy MA Typical Duties Room patients Administer vaccines Record vitals Responsibilities Ensure patients’ health, comfort, and safety Document thorough medical histories Contribute to patient assessments and administer medications or treatments as ordered Provide technical support to healthcare professionals Counsel patients and families, under RN direction, on prevention and treatment plans Qualifications Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board and/or possess multi‑state licensure privileges. Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications. If IV therapy is required, graduate from a board‑approved AASPN program with IV therapy or complete an approved IV Therapy course. For this role, LPN or CMA with registration as an MAIII through the ND Board of Nursing is required.
