Metropolitan Linen Services is seeking a dependable Administrative, Collections & Customer Service Assistant to support our Accounting, Operations, and Customer Service teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience assisting customers, handling billing inquiries, and following up on outstanding balances. Requirements 2+ years of experience in customer service, collections, billing, or office administrationComfortable speaking with customers by phone and email regarding billing questions and account balancesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Professional, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environmentBilingual English/Spanish a plus Key Responsibilities Assist customers with billing questions, invoice requests, and payment inquiriesFollow up on past-due accounts via phone and email in a professional, customer-friendly mannerDocument customer interactions and update account notesMaintain collections trackers and support reportingCoordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Customer Service, Operations) to resolve account issuesProvide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document organizationOur CompanyMetropolitan Linen Services is a family owned and operated company since 1981.
