Hospitalist Responsibilities Provides and manages the care of acutely ill hospitalized patients alongside an excellent ancillary staff with a Rapid Response Team. The successful candidate will work in a collegial and professional environment in a 7‑day block schedule. Responsibilities include: Providing full or partial services to private attending physicians who elect to utilize the Hospitalist Services. Attending monthly Hospitalist Meetings, and participating in quality and patient experience committees. Working in a team environment and delivering high‑quality care. Managing an average patient caseload of 15‑17 patients. Adapting and being flexible to new CMS regulations. Hospitalist Qualifications Doctorate degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine. ACLS/BLS Certified. Trained in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine / Family Practice. New grads welcome! The candidate will have full‑time supervision by our excellent Hospitalist team. The position offers a great learning experience while enjoying the practice of clinical medicine. Salary Range Starting from USD $165.00 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate. Actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
