Job Overview We are hiring a Cardiologist for a well‑established, small hospital located in Eastern Oregon. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a 4‑10‑hour workday schedule with no call requirement, allowing a great work‑life balance! This physician will be joining one full‑time cardiologist, two part‑time cardiac NP’s, and experienced nursing staff in the clinic. The average patient volume is 12–16 patients per day, and a scribe is available for providers that average 15 patients per day. The provider will be responsible for supervision of stress‑testing procedures in the co‑located respiratory therapy department, interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs and device interrogation reports, and minor procedures including implant and removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE. Compensation and Benefits Very competitive total compensation opportunity of $525K+ including quality incentives up to $25K and an RVU bonus based on an annual threshold.
