Position Summary The facility is a well-established, full-service regional medical center serving the greater Renton community and surrounding areas. It provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services supported by advanced diagnostic and endoscopic technology. The role focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions. The physician will collaborate closely with primary care providers, surgeons, hospitalists, and oncology teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based digestive care. Essential Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, including GERD, IBD, liver disease, pancreatic disorders, and colorectal conditions Perform endoscopic procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, and other diagnostic and therapeutic interventions Evaluate and manage inpatient GI consults as needed Interpret imaging, pathology, and laboratory results related to digestive health Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgery and oncology Provide patient education on disease prevention, nutrition, and treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical guidelines Qualifications Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Training: Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Licensure: Active Washington State medical license (or eligibility) Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates Compensation Salary is open to discussion and commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package Employed, full-time position within a supportive clinical environment Thank you, and I look forward to connecting soon!
