Description: Accurate Castings is a multi-foundry organization including a separate and specialized casting cleaning operation, machining operation and pattern shop. Accurate Castings, Inc. does business as Hiler Industries.This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce precision tooling components. This position also ensures proper tooling, programming, and machining practices are followed to achieve quality and efficiency. Position will support foundry tooling and patternmaking operations through machining expertise. Essential FunctionsPerform machine set-ups independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiencySet up and manage tooling for machining operationsRun and monitor multiple machines as neededOperate micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to verify accuracy.Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure production quality and timeliness.CompetenciesAdvanced CNC machining knowledge and skills.Experience with multi-axis machining and various control systems.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
