Position Academic Faculty, Pediatric Neurology – Non‑Tenure Track Overview University of Minnesota seeks a new faculty member with fellowship training in pediatric epilepsy to join the Division of Pediatric Neurology. The role is a non‑tenure track clinician with an interest in teaching. Clinical research interests may be accommodated. Responsibilities Expand the division’s epilepsy surgery program in collaboration with pediatric neurosurgery and adult epilepsy faculty. Provide outpatient and inpatient neurophysiology services, including Stereo‑EEG, ROSA, VNS, LITT, RNS, and DBS. Engage in clinical research activities and develop clinical research protocols. Teach medical students, adult neurology residents, and pediatric residents and mentor trainees at all levels. Participate in departmental and interdepartmental teaching and clinical programs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Pediatric Neurology residency training program. Board‑certified or eligible in Child Neurology and Epilepsy. Licensed or able to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice licensure. Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges. Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits Dual employment with University of Minnesota Physicians and the University of Minnesota. Clinical salary via M Physicians, base salary range $210,017 – $283,100 (cFTE dependent on experience). Salary from the University based on academic effort.
