Position Overview West Virginia University School of Medicine – Eastern Division and the Department of Surgery seek a Colorectal Surgeon (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will practice in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Martinsburg, WV is located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, about an hour from Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, MD, with easy access to three international airports. Responsibilities Practice colorectal surgery. Provide excellent patient care. Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Qualifications MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and eligibility for state medical license. Completed a surgical residency program. Fellowship in colorectal surgery required. Board certified or eligible in General/Colorectal Surgery. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
