Essential Functions of the Assistant Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) Role: Assist in the development of relationships with key physicians and willing to market to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership and with the best interest of the patients and staff in mind Assist with managing and leading physical therapy staff, office staff, and technicians Experience and Skills Required: Terminal Licensed degree from accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred Unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure to practice in State of employment Clinical Specialist board certification preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
