Currently, we manage three hospitals in the Oklahoma area. The organization is financially strong, and nationally recognized for quality and operational performance, with all three hospitals ranked among the top ten critical access hospitals in the United States.Over the next three years, our company will aggressively expand its hospital portfolio while relocating its corporate headquarters to Dallas in 2028. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial executive to serve as Vice President.This is a high-impact leadership role with direct visibility into every aspect of the company’s operations, growth strategy, and acquisition activity. The Vice President will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team and will be considered a potential successor candidate for the CEO position in 2027.JOB PURPOSE:The Vice President will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for helping oversee our current hospital operations while driving growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and operational integration.
