Asst / Assoc / Full Professor of Clinical Medicine, Division of Rheumatology, Allergy, & Immunology Job Overview University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (COM) seeks an MD academic clinician educator to provide leadership focused in clinical Rheumatology and education. Availability for research based on interest is available. Final faculty rank and title will be commensurate with experience. Essential Functions Precepting fellows, residents and/or medical students in ambulatory and inpatient settings Provide lectures or lead small group discussions as part of the COM or fellowship curriculum Diagnose and treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system that are frequently the result of immune system dysfunction Diagnosis and management of a variety of rheumatologic and autoimmune disorders Patient care responsibilities include outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital service and consultations Teaching and training learners at multiple levels in the education process Additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Medical Degree (MD) Completion of 4-year Internal Medicine residency/training Completion of 2-year Rheumatology fellowship/training Ohio Medical License Additional Qualifications Considered Board Eligible/Board Certified in Rheumatology Physical Requirements/Work Environment Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands Compensation and Benefits UC offers an exceptional benefits package designed to support well-being, financial security, and work-life balance.
